If you don't have time for breakfast, make it the evening before and take it along. Here's a simple, vitamin-filled smoothie recipe which allows you to add the health benefits of green tea to your daily diet. Begin with two cups of green tea, made with four tea bags so it's nice and strong. Pour the green tea into a blender and add any or all of the following:
